Carvana Hackathon

Each year, Carvana hosts an annual Hackathon for tech teams to participate in. This is a week-long event that aims to provide a fun and supportive environment in order to inspire new technology-based business ideas for the company.

Due to the pandemic in 2020, Hackathon could not be held in person at the office. To keep the celebration going, I was tasked with branding the event that would ultimately take place online and at individuals’ homes.

The identity system and swag that followed were prompted by the idea that we still wanted to generate a successful and engaging Hackathon, but entirely at home. Thus, Hack-a-thon became Hack-at-Home.
