Launch campaign for introducing SNAP EBT on Gopuff. Gopuff became the first instant commerce company to accept SNAP EBT nationwide.

This effort involved several months of work by various cross-functional partners. I worked directly with department leads and C-suite team members to ensure our communication to customers was clear.
